Factory of key IKEA competences

An advisory and training project "Factory of key IKEA competences" is a supraregional closed scheme co-financed within the framework of European Public Fund. The main objective of the project is to develop employees’ key competences according to IKEA long-term development strategy and values.

178 people from two companies operating under one IKEA brand will participate in the project: Inter IKEA Centre Polska S.A. and IKEA Trading Services Sp. z o.o. 102 training days are going to be carried out within the project, which is furthermore aimed at working out advisory modules in the area of Competence Model, individual coaching and Age Management strategy.

Project accomplishment date: from 15.02.2010. till 31.12.2012.
