Finishing works in Port Lodz

The new Inter IKEA Centre Poland shopping centre in Lodz, ongoing and in progress.

Port Lodz of Inter IKEA Centre Poland is growing and getting more and more impressive. The investment is currently at the stage of finishing works in a closed building: floor tiles are being laid in the passages, suspended ceilings and other decorative elements are being installed and at the same time elevation panels are being mounted on the building façade. Some tenants have already started to work on interiors of their units. Finishing works in Food Court will start in the middle of February.

 

 

Simultaneously with construction works we are dealing with commercialization of the centre, where over 200 shops and service points with diversified offer are planned there. Apart from the biggest IKEA store in Poland, our customers will benefit from a rich portfolio of shops and service points of well recognized and appreciated brands, such as Leroy Merlin, stores with shoes and clothes: H&M, C&A, Kappahl, Reserved, CroppTown, House, Mohito, Cubus, Benetton, Solar, Bytom, Sunset Suits, Pawo, Humanic, Bata, Quazi, Ryłko, Ecco, Bartek, stores with household appliances and audio/ video devices: Saturn, RTV EURO AGD, sports stores: EXIsport, Sizeer and mono-brand stores, jewelers’: Apart, Yes, Pandora, Jubitom, cafes: W Biegu Cafe, Coffee Heaven, Cube Cafe and many more. Agreements with Inditex group have been signed recently and based on that Port will house the brands of Zara, Bershka, Stravidarius and Pull & Bear. Also Piotr i Paweł supermarket joined the portfolio of our future tenants. 

 

 

The area of the whole Port Lodz will total to 94,000 sq m. There are 4,500 car park spaces waiting for customers of the centre and for those who decide to come by public transport there are two tram stops on the site of Port Lodz in order to improve communication with the city centre. 

 

Port Lodz will be opened March 24th, 2010.
