The 1st shopping village

Poznańskie Bulwary, a 40,000 m2 open-air shopping village, anchored by an additional 30,000 m2 IKEA, is the first of its kind in Poland. With an atmosphere reminiscent of a Polish town centre, Poznańskie Bulwary will give customers a unique opportunity to do all their shopping in a charming and convenient open-air setting. At Poznańskie Bulwary, the stores will lie along picturesque tree-lined streets boasting roomy, weather-protected sidewalks and road-side parking places. This means maximum exposure for retailers and optimal convenience for customers. Visitors will also be able to enjoy pleasant walkways and seating areas, outdoor cafés, restaurants and other leisure facilites in the village. We aim to create the most convenient and enjoyable shopping destination for people living in and around Poznań. Poznańskie Bulwary shopping village is great news for shoppers and retailers alike.

New concept, new opportunity

Taking inspiration from successful US retail villages, IICG have worked with focus group to develop and fine tune the Poznańskie Bulwary concept.

Visitors, many of whom are familiar with the location since an IKEA store opened there in 1995, will be drawn to the charm, novelty and convenience of this new concept.
